Our sheep are reared on the edge of the Preseli Hills and very close to the Pembrokeshire coastline.

And the air is concentrate with ozone coming fresh in off the Atlantic making for perfect conditions to rear sheep of the highest quality. We aim to finish all of our lambs on grass only avoiding, where possible and weather permitting. Feeding any concentrates to ensure we produce the most natural product available.

As a result our lambs grow slowly with no rush in the process, and they are therefore generally ready in late autumn and available through into the New Year. 

The meat from the lambs is very tender and sweet tasting with incredible flavour. The carcasses we produce are medium size and a whole lamb would typically take up about one and half shelves in your freezer.

We provide either a whole lamb or half a lamb, and we aim to provide around 15 kilos weight of butchered meat for a whole lamb and around 7.5 kilos for half a lamb.
